Dow Jones is losing ground slightly: These stocks are on the rise
The Dow Jones is currently recording slight losses, with the index falling by 307 points. This corresponds to a loss of 0.80 percent and currently brings the index to 38,153 points. Despite today's slight decline, the Dow Jones' year-to-date performance remains positive, with an increase of 0.99 percent.
Some stocks in the Dow Jones are making gains, including Merck, Inc, Intel and Boeing. In particular, Merck, Inc's paper shows the largest increase of 3.12 percent, followed by Intel with an increase of 2.10 percent and Boeing with an increase of 1.73 percent. On the other hand, stocks such as IBM Business Machines, Caterpillar and Microsoft recorded negative developments, with IBM Business Machines registering the largest loss of 8.06 percent.
