NASDAQ 100: Pleasing conclusion in New York

At the end of trading in New York, stock market traders were optimistic as the NASDAQ 100 closed its trading with an increase of 0.32 percent and was quoted at 17,526.80 points. The index opened trading 0.814 percent higher at 17,613.66 points after closing at 17,471.47 points the previous day. Among the strongest stocks in the NASDAQ 100 right now are Tesla, CoStar Group, ON Semiconductor, Microchip Technology and Biogen, which posted gains. In contrast, Old Dominion Freight Line, Enphase Energy, Netflix, NVIDIA and CSX were in the red. Tesla stock saw the largest trading volume, while Microsoft stock had the largest market capitalization in the NASDAQ 100.
