SDAX falls: Current status and developments on Thursday
The SDAX recorded a decline of 0.41 percent to 14,459.04 points via XETRA on Thursday at 12:09 p.m. This corresponds to a total value of the values contained in the index of 119.951 billion euros. At the start of trading, the SDAX was trading at 14,516.34 points, slightly below the previous day's 14,517.99 points. The daily high was 14,539.65 points and the low was 14,459.04 points.
Since the beginning of the year, the SDAX has shown an upward movement of 4.62 percent. The annual high was reached at 14,633.85 points, while the annual low was 13,230.25 points. The top performers in the SDAX include Amadeus FiRe, ProSiebenSat1 Media SE, and Ceconomy St, while the flops include Mutares, ADTRAN, and Nagarro SE.
The company with the highest trading volume in the SDAX is currently ProSiebenSat1 Media SE, with the TRATON share accounting for the largest share in terms of market capitalization at EUR 17.550 billion. According to FactSet estimates, Deutsche Beteiligungs shares have the lowest price-to-earnings ratio (P/E) of 5.54. At the same time, Schaeffler is expected to attract investors with the highest dividend yield in the index of 6.92 percent.
