TecDAX loses 60 points: Siltronic at the top
Today the TecDAX on the stock exchange is slightly in the red, with the index having fallen by 60 points. The color red currently dominates the TecDAX, which has since fallen by 0.93 percent and is currently trading at 3,323 points. However, some stocks stand out positively, including Siltronic, Evotec and Hensoldt. Siltronic shares in particular recorded the strongest price increase and rose in price by 3.21 percent to 83.70 euros. Siltronic is a leading manufacturer of ultrapure silicon wafers and cooperates with many well-known chip manufacturers. The price of Evotec also rose by 2.93 percent to 13.69 euros, followed by Hensoldt with an increase of 2.18 percent at a current price of 40.24 euros.
On the other hand, stocks such as Atoss Software, Eckert&Ziegler and Nordex have the worst performance in the TecDAX. Atoss Software in particular lost 3.63 percent and is currently valued at 252.50 euros. The paper from Eckert & Ziegler also recorded a loss in value of 3.27 percent and now costs 34.34 euros, while Nordex recorded a price decline of 2.75 percent to 12.74 euros. Since the beginning of the year, the TecDAX has recorded a loss of 0.43 percent. The TecDAX includes 30 companies from the so-called second tier, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Compared to the DAX, these are companies with lower market capitalization and stock market turnover, with the TecDAX specifically reflecting technology stocks.
