TecDAX losses: performance and top and flop values ​​on Thursday

The TecDAX recorded heavy losses of 1.12 percent to 3,220.66 points at 9:11 a.m. via XETRA on Thursday. The total value of the companies included in the index amounts to 502.672 billion euros. At the beginning of the trading day, the TecDAX stood at 3,258.73 points, which corresponds to an increase of 0.051 percent compared to the previous day.

During the trading day, the TecDAX reached its daily low of 3,220.18 points, while the high was 3,259.58 points. In terms of performance since the beginning of the year, the index has recorded a decline of 3.16 percent since the beginning of the week. A month ago, on March 18, 2024, the TecDAX stood at 3,383.65 points, while a year ago, on April 18, 2023, it was at 3,321.55 points.

Some of the strongest individual stocks in the TecDAX are currently AIXTRON SE (+ 6.89 percent), freenet (+ 0.60 percent), SUSS MicroTec SE (+ 0.49 percent), Deutsche Telekom (+ 0.38 percent) and PNE (+ 0.30 percent). On the other hand, Sartorius vz (-11.74 percent), HENSOLDT (-2.18 percent), Telefonica Deutschland (-1.84 percent), Infineon (-1.75 percent) and EVOTEC SE (-1.59 percent) are at the bottom of the TecDAX list.

In terms of the most expensive companies in the TecDAX, Infineon shares have the largest trading volume, while SAP SE shares have the highest market capitalization in the index. In terms of fundamentals, according to FactSet estimates, United Internet shares have the lowest price-to-earnings ratio and freenet shares have the highest expected dividend yield compared to other stocks in the index.
