Esprit bankruptcy: Exclusive online auction with bargains for everyone!
The fashion group Esprit is being wound up after bankruptcy and its extensive inventory is now up for auction. The formerly large branches are finally disappearing from Germany. After filing for bankruptcy in the summer, everything from office inventory to 40 cars will be auctioned off online. Those interested can already view offers for around 2,000 objects on the website www.ht-kg.de, including computers, height-adjustable desks and kitchen utensils. The first auctions run until October 29th, with viewings on October 10th in Ratingen.
In addition to the more than 400 office workstations and 500 electrical appliances, there are also bargains such as several VW Golfs, which are auctioned from 4,000 euros. The canteen's inventory, such as eight solid wood bar stools starting at 80 euros, is also available. Around 1,300 employees will have to give up their jobs by the end of November, while all 56 branches in Germany will close.
