The dividend for 2024 was EUR 0.900, while a distribution of EUR 1.00 is expected for 2025. The experts' average price target is EUR 38.74.
Financial and dividend policy

A dividend of EUR 0.90 per share is proposed for the 2024 financial year, although this must be approved by the general meeting. The distribution will take place after the general meeting in April 2025 and is tax-free for shareholders in Germany.
The Board of Directors also plans to buy back its own shares with a total value of up to EUR 2 billion in 2024 in order to offset the dilutive effect of a capital increase in 2021. A further buyback of up to EUR 2 billion has been announced for 2025. In addition, Telekom's dividend policy envisages paying out 40 to 60 percent of the adjusted sustainable earnings per share annually, from which analysts expect a dividend per share of EUR 1.00 for 2025.
