Financial independence for women: event in Wedel invites you!

More and more women in Germany are gaining financial independence. A current one Mastercard study According to this, 70 percent of women feel financially independent. These findings come from a survey that surveyed 12,000 women in a total of 12 countries. The results highlight the growing influence of women in finance.

To support this development, Stadtsparkasse Wedel is organizing an event on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 that focuses on educating women in financial matters. From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., interested participants have the opportunity to learn more about financial independence, retirement planning and wealth creation. Admission begins at 5:30 p.m.

The event at Stadtsparkasse Wedel, Gorch-Fock-Str. 2, is aimed specifically at women who want to delve deeper into financial topics. During a get-together with snacks and drinks, there is also the opportunity for personal exchange with experts in this field.

The experienced financial expert Friederike Meyer from DEKA was won as a speaker. She will provide valuable insights and tips on improving financial literacy during the event.
