On August 29, 2025, Philipp Roscher will take over the position of head of finance and controlling at BG Universitätsklinikum Bergmannsheil GmbH in Bochum. The 44-year-old business graduate brings extensive experience from previous management positions at large hospital operators and clinical groups, which make him a suitable candidate for this responsible position.
Roscher most recently worked as head of controlling at Knappschaft Kliniken Westfalen GmbH before moving to Bergmannsheil on August 1, 2025. On the occasion of his move, Anne Elvering, the managing director of Bergmannsheils, highlights his specialist knowledge and broad experience in financial management of hospitals. Roscher, who originally comes from Dresden, has been based in the Ruhr area for many years. He sees the move to Bochum as a logical step, as Bergmannsheil enjoys an excellent reputation both regionally and throughout Germany.
