The estimates, which are prepared twice a year, usually in May and November, take into account a variety of factors, including expected gross domestic product developments and actual tax revenues in previous years. This working group is made up of experts from the Federal Ministry of Finance, the finance ministries of the federal states, municipal associations and other institutions in order to create a precise forecast. Elsewhere in Baden-Württemberg, precisely in Mannheim, several thousand Galatasaray Istanbul fans peacefully celebrated their 3-0 win against Kayserispor. In another worrying report, the perpetrator of the Göppingen shooting that took place last Saturday remains at large. The investigation is in full swing to bring those responsible to justice.
