Dividend proposals from Volkswagen AG

Volkswagen AG plans to propose a dividend of 8.70 euros per ordinary share and 8.76 euros per preference share to the general meeting Stuttgart newspaper reported. The vote on this dividend proposal will take place on May 10, 2023. According to Section 58 Paragraph 4 Sentence 2 of the Stock Corporation Act, dividends must be paid out no later than the third banking day after the Annual General Meeting, so that shareholders can expect payments by May 15, 2023.
