QURS construction project starts: 54 new apartments for Bad Vilbel!

Construction work on the QURS –Quellenquartier residential project has begun in Bad Vilbel. The official groundbreaking ceremony took place in the presence of Mayor Sebastian Wysocki and Michael Nagel, CEO of Wilma Immobilien GmbH. This project includes a total of 54 condominiums, which will be built on a plot of approximately 2,400 square meters. The residential ensemble will consist of three buildings and is intended to create modern living space for the citizens of Bad Vilbel. General construction newspaper reports on this significant construction project, which not only expands the city's infrastructure, but also contributes to the creation of new living space.

Bad Vilbel, the largest city in the Wetterau district with around 35,804 inhabitants, is not only known for its new residential projects. The city is located in the popular Rhine-Main cultural region, which offers a variety of leisure activities. This includes art, shopping, museums and a vibrant nightlife. The surrounding area is characterized by charming landscapes, including fruit fields, urban forest and the Niddaaue nature reserve, which are ideal for walks and hikes.

An important location

The city of Bad Vilbel is also valued as an important business location. It houses numerous German headquarters in the areas of engineering, banking, broadcasting and electronics. The city is also home to traditional companies such as the Hassia Mineral Springs, which can look back on a 150-year history of fountains, and the pharmaceutical company STADA. Bad Vilbel is also known for its healing springs and pleasantly mineral-rich water, which contributes to the health of its residents.

A large thermal spa is currently being built, which will be one of the most modern relaxation offerings in the world. In addition, residents have access to various sporting facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a golf course and tennis courts. Six signposted cycle paths lead through and around the city, which is a great pleasure for cyclists and nature lovers. Cultural highlights include the castle festival and the “Alte Mühle” theater, which enrich the cityscape of Bad Vilbel. Wilma highlights the unique aspects of the city and thus contributes to the attractiveness of the new residential project.
