The FiGD Academy is responding to these challenges with targeted training that starts on June 16, 2025 and lasts three months. The “Real Estate and Housing Industry” further training is aimed at those who have good PC and office skills and would like to reorient themselves professionally. LifePR reports that this qualification is designed to be practical and covers important topics such as real estate marketing, financing, administration and legal basics.

Experienced specialist lecturers accompany the participants through classic lessons and practical project phases. This not only imparts knowledge, but also trains its application in realistic situations. The content also includes brokerage contracts, financing models and communication with authorities. The modern and interactive teaching concept is complemented by IT-supported communication and digital presentations and ensures that participants are optimally prepared for the requirements of the industry.
