The estimated sale price of $295 million would make The One the most expensive home in America while also marking the largest online purchase ever if it sells at its estimated price. The property was previously valued at $500 million.

Luxurious amenities

The mansion, which has been unoccupied since its recent completion, offers a wealth of luxurious facilities. These include a nightclub, a beauty salon, a spa area and a Dolby Digital theater with over 40 seats. The facilities also include a 930 square meter roof terrace, a 120 meter running track, a bowling alley, a putting green and a fitness studio. For water lovers, there is a 20-meter indoor pool, a juice bar and an infinity pool. Outside there is a garden with palm trees over three meters high and ten indoor and outdoor bars. Another prominent property is Antilia in Mumbai, owned by Mukesh Ambani and considered to be the most expensive private residence. With construction costs in the billions, Antilia extends over 37,000 square meters. In addition, the Château d'Armainvilliers, a noble residence of the Rothschild family, will be offered for 425 million euros in 2024, but a sum of 180 million euros is currently in the room.
