Graz remains the undisputed real estate hotspot in Austria!
Graz has established itself as Austria's real estate hotspot in 2024. According to an analysis by willhaben, 2,283 residential property transactions were recorded in the city of Graz, making the city the leader in all of Austria. For comparison: Linz-Stadt took second place with 1,071 transactions, followed by Innsbruck-Land with 1,070 transactions. This clearly shows that the real estate market in Graz is extremely dynamic.

In addition, a property in Kainach near Wildon changed hands for 34.13 million euros (net), which underlines the demand for large areas. The largest property sold in 2024 was in Ottendorf an der Rittschein and had an area of 309,340 square meters.
