Big real estate information day in Ebertpark: tips, lectures and more!

On Saturday, June 14, 2025, the Kuthan Real Estate Academy is hosting a large real estate information day in the tower restaurant in Ebertpark, Ludwigshafen. The event starts at 9:30 a.m. and lasts until around 4:00 p.m. Organizer Georg Kuthan, owner of Kuthan Immobilien, will give the opening speech, followed by a greeting from Mayor Jutta Steinruck.

The varied program includes numerous exciting topics relating to the world of real estate. Lectures are planned that offer practical tips for private real estate sales and clarify legal questions in this context. Burglary protection and nursing care are also on the agenda.

Program highlights and lectures

For example, real estate agent Holger Diehl will talk about successful real estate sales at 10:00 a.m. At 11:00 a.m. Police Chief Inspector Johannes Barra will provide information about burglary protection. During the lunch break that follows, participants can talk individually with experts who are available at various information stands.

The program continues with a lecture by Prof. Dr. Burkhard Schmidt, who will give a lecture on the psychology of buying and selling decisions at 12:00 p.m. After the lunch break, from 2:00 p.m., topics such as wills and powers of attorney, presented by lawyer Martin Wegner, as well as nursing care insurance with qualified nursing economist Thorsten Müller are on the agenda.

Interactive entertainment and fundraiser

Entertainment is also provided: participants can test their skills in the VfR Friesenheim goal wall game and win attractive prizes, including a convertible weekend. The caricaturist Steffen Boiselle will also be on site to draw visitors.

A special concern of the event is to support the VfR Friesenheim Bambini team, for which donations are collected. Participation in the information day is free, but registration for the individual lectures is recommended as places are limited.
