Rethinking the real estate market: Successful ImmoScout24 Forum 2025!

On May 26, 2025, the ImmoScout24 Real Estate Forum 2025 took place at the Palais Wertheim, an event that brought together around 250 industry representatives. The aim of the event was to discuss current trends, challenges and innovative solutions in the real estate market. Markus Dejmek and Joseph Obiegbu, the managing directors of ImmoScout24 Austria, opened the forum.

As part of the event, ImmoScout24 presented an expansion of its portfolio, including new tools and brands such as Propstack, Immoverkauf24, Exploreal and IMMOunited. The company's approach is to support real estate agents with digital tools not as competitors, but as partners.

Digital trends in the real estate sector

An important focus of the discussions was the intelligent use of data and AI-based solutions. In a keynote, Martin Moder spoke about the topic “Innovation by chance – what project managers can learn from science”. These perspectives are particularly relevant as digitalization becomes increasingly important in the real estate sector. According to a report by Deloitte, the willingness of real estate providers in Germany to invest in digital technologies depends on the status of the property. Deloitte highlights that factors such as efficiency potential and added value for end users play a crucial role.

The event also included a panel discussion entitled “Our Industry, Our Reputation: Working Together for a Strong Real Estate Market.” Prominent employees such as Günther Schabus, Alexander Bosak, Karina Schunker, Rita Reisinger, Nicole Fürntrath and Markus Dejmek took part in this discussion. Topics included market transparency, the role of brokers and digital transformation.

Networking and outlook

The day ended with a closing keynote by Tom Urbanek, who spoke about the role of the modern broker as a “trusted advisor with innovative strength”. The aim of the discussions was to strengthen customer orientation and promote the use of digital tools in real estate brokerage. Another highlight of the event was the networking at the final lunch, which gave participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and make new contacts.

The focus on digitalization and technologies is not just limited to city centers. Even peripheral locations without significant customer contact are seeing increasing investments in technologies that promise efficiency gains in management. Technologies such as reception automation, robots for green space maintenance and drones for site monitoring show how versatile the approaches are.

The ImmoScout24 Real Estate Forum 2025 not only offered a platform for the exchange of best practices, but also a look into the future of the real estate industry, which is characterized by digital innovations and a stronger customer orientation. Leadersnet reports that investments in these technologies represent a response to the increasing demands of customers and employees.
