EHL Immobilien Evaluation GmbH has today added a new consultant, Mikhail Engoyants, to its team. The 23-year-old graduate of the BFI Vienna University of Applied Sciences brings fresh economic know-how to the company's valuation processes.
Engoyants, who completed his bachelor's degree in "European Economics and Business Management" in 2024, will be particularly active in the area of real estate valuation for financing purposes. His first professional experiences further solidified his interest in this area of the real estate industry.

EHL Immobilien Evaluation GmbH is a key player in the Austrian real estate market and was founded in 1991. In 2024, its valuation volume was an impressive 18.6 billion euros, making it the market leader in this segment.
