On September 15, 2025, Nathalie Winkelmann will become the new managing director of Aachener Grund Vermögens Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft. She will succeed Georg Heinze, who will retire on December 31, 2025 after 18 years at the helm. Heinze, who joined Aachener Grund Vermögens in 2005, was tasked with professionalizing fund sales and investor support. He has worked as managing director since 2007 and was responsible for sales activities, investor support as well as risk controlling and internal digitalization. Under his leadership, the company recorded a significant expansion of investments in healthcare and social real estate. He also established the so-called “Benediktbeuren Future Talks”, an annual conference for exchange in the industry.

Nathalie Winkelmann has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and investment sector. She has been part of Patrizia since 2003, where she has held various key positions. Most recently, since 2020, she has headed the real estate fund business of Patrizia Augsburg Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft with a particular focus on residential real estate and strategic real estate appreciation. Her appointment as managing director was unanimously recommended by the shareholders' meeting CONII reported.
Dr. Reinhard Kutscher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, highlights Winkelmann's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. Also Dr. Frank Wenzel, who has been managing director since 2002, emphasizes their deep understanding of the real estate and capital markets.
