According to a report from rp-online.de, two properties in the urban development area Neerfeldstrasse/Goldacker in the Kellen district of Kleve will be brought onto the market at the beginning of next year for the construction of semi-detached houses. The marketing of the areas is planned for the period from the end of January to the beginning of February. The city of Kleve has decided to allocate these plots of land in order to meet the desire for cheaper options for building houses, which has been reinforced by the current developments in building prices and credit costs.

Plots 10a and 10b (approx. 232 and 249 square meters respectively) are offered to individual applicants, while plots 11a and 11b (approx. 248 and 244 square meters) can only be purchased jointly by groups of applicants.
