The Lemgo Technical Relief Organization is currently looking for new accommodation because the rental agreement for the current location has been terminated. The requirements for the new property are demanding, including a plot of around 7,000 square meters, workrooms and around 16 parking spaces for trucks. In addition, the THW areas must be clearly demarcated from other uses.
Finding a suitable property will be challenging and it will likely be necessary to remodel an existing property or build from scratch. However, time is of the essence as the THW has to move into new accommodation by the end of February next year at the latest. A spokesman for the local association emphasized the urgency and the need to find a solution quickly to ensure the smooth operation of the technical relief organization.
The requirements for the new THW Lemgo accommodation are specific and must meet various criteria in order to do justice to the relief organization's diverse range of uses. Not only the size of the area plays a crucial role, but also the clear demarcation of the THW areas from other uses.
