SV Seekirchen secured the championship title in the Salzburg League on May 28, 2025 with a clear 3-0 win against Grödig. This triumphant success means promotion to the Regionalliga West after a six-year wait. The team impressed throughout the entire season and set the league's goal record with 105 goals, previously held by Grünau from the 2016/17 season. Head coach Mario Lapkalo praised his team's outstanding performance and announced celebrations.

What was particularly noteworthy was that both Toni Feldinger, the chairman of SV Seekirchen, and Andreas Pär, the winger, celebrated their birthdays that day. While Feldinger celebrated his 46th, Pär turned 28 and provided an additional birthday present with his goal to make it 2-0 in the game.
