Housing market report Berlin 2024: Prices for condominiums in districts in comparison
Prices for condominiums in Berlin fell overall by 1.4 percent last year. However, there are clear differences in the different districts of the city. In Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, an already expensive district, asking prices rose by 1.5 percent. There was also a slight increase of 0.1 percent in Mitte, another expensive district. In the comparatively cheap Marzahn-Hellersdorf, however, prices rose by 2.5 percent.
