The Kurhausverein, also a wholly owned subsidiary of the city, recorded a loss of a good 21,000 euros in 2022. Nevertheless, extensive investments are planned for the Kurhaus in the coming years, including an underground extension.
The city's investment in Jodquelle AG recorded a loss of 147,000 euros in 2022. There are disagreements regarding the future use of the area, which has led to various lawsuits.
