Munich in the spirit of the future: Böcker brings the first electric trailer crane!

On July 9, 2025, an important handover took place at the bauma in Munich: The Böcker company presented the first AHK 36e trailer crane with an electric winch, which was handed over to Hüffermann Krandienst GmbH. This handover is a step towards emission-free crane technology, which is increasingly becoming the focus of the construction industry. Hüffermann is thus expanding its existing range and will use the AHK 36e for environmentally friendly applications.

The AHK 36e is an innovative trailer crane that is equipped with a powerful electric motor and is therefore designed for regular use on construction sites. He has the ability to work autonomously and flexibly for more than 10 hours at a time. The electric winch also enables impressive rope speeds of up to 100 meters per minute. This not only increases the efficiency of construction sites, but also significantly reduces CO2 emissions.

Versatility and areas of application

The versatility of the AHK 36e is reflected in the different possible uses. Trailer cranes are known for their suitability in various areas, including glass assembly, carpentry, timber construction, roofing and hall construction. These cranes are also increasingly being used in industrial and construction site assembly. The handover of the AHK 36e underlines Böcker's commitment to developing emission-free crane solutions, which is beneficial for both construction companies and the environment.

Böcker, in collaboration with Hüffermann, already has 33 cranes in the company's rental fleet. This shows the trust in the quality and performance of Böcker cranes. The new electrically powered crane is a useful addition to the rental offering and is expected to make an important contribution to reducing emissions on construction sites in the future.

Bauma 2025: An important venue

Bauma, which is considered the 34th world trade fair for construction machinery and equipment, offers a platform for innovative solutions and the latest developments in the construction industry. Böcker and Hüffermann took this opportunity to present the environmentally friendly and powerful AHK 36e to a wide audience. This trade fair is not only a showcase for new technologies, but also a place for dialogue about how the industry can take future-oriented steps towards sustainability and efficiency.

Overall, the handover of the AHK 36e shows that the industry is actively working on solutions that meet both the current market requirements and the ecological challenges. Böcker's innovative strength in the development of emission-free crane technology is an encouraging sign for the future of construction.
