New outsourcing solution for SMEs: Sunrise Business presents Managed Workplace
Sunrise Business recently introduced the Managed Workplace service, designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to outsource the implementation and operation of their digital work environments. This new service is part of Sunrise Business' efforts to expand its portfolio in the modern workplace space.
The Managed Workplace offering includes various Microsoft 365 solutions and offers the option of adding additional tools on a modular basis. Companies with a number of employees between 10 and 250 should benefit from this by being able to concentrate on their core business, while Sunrise Business takes care of the technical infrastructure.
According to information from the provider, the Managed Workplace service has a modular structure. The basic package includes Microsoft solutions such as Teams, Exchange, MS 365 apps, Onedrive and multi-factor authentication. Companies also have the option of booking optional services such as Device Management, Sharepoint, Advanced Security, Cloud PC and Device-as-a-Service.
The service process begins with an inventory of the existing infrastructure in order to determine the individually appropriate scope of services. Sunrise Business then takes over the implementation of the solutions as well as ongoing operations and support.
In addition to this innovation, Sunrise Business and AWS are working on predefined, modular product bundles for SMBs.
