The offer is available in two versions: one for freelancers and small businesses, and a second for medium-sized companies. A special feature is that customers with an existing DSL connection can switch to fiber optic without a switching fee or minimum contract term as soon as this technology is available in their region.

Products in detail

The first product that Plusnet offers, is thatPlusnet Office Internet & Phone. This is aimed at freelancers and small businesses with up to 15 employees. The Internet flat rate offers impressive bandwidths of up to 250 Mbit/s on VDSL and up to 1 Gbit/s on fiber optic. This offer is supplemented by a telephone flat rate to the German landline network, two voice channels and three phone numbers. Customers can also choose between different Fritz!Box models.

This is for larger companies with more than 15 employeesPlusnet Business Internetdesigned. It offers similar bandwidths and includes a fixed IP address as well as additional telephony solutions such as SIP trunk or the cloud-based telephone system Centraflex. Here too, optional router solutions can be booked to take the specific needs of the company into account.

Introductory promotion and availability

The new products are now available online or through sales partners. In a special introductory campaign, new customers can take advantage of the offers from 39 euros plus VAT per month until July 31, 2025.
