Zondacrypto starts crypto on- and off-ramp in Switzerland!

On July 2, 2025, zondacrypto launched an innovative crypto on- and off-ramp platform in Switzerland called zondacrypto Swiss. This new service aims to significantly improve access to digital assets for individuals. Users can buy or sell cryptocurrencies directly with Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (EUR) through their bank accounts, simplifying digital asset trading.

For those interested, there is a low minimum transaction amount of just CHF 10 or EUR 10. Zondacrypto offers this service free of charge for the first three months to help users get started in the world of cryptocurrencies. The platform offers access to a variety of leading cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin and USDC.

Regulatory standards and security measures

The use of zondacrypto Swiss is subject to extensive identity verification, which is required before transactions are approved. This ensures high security standards and protects users from fraud. Payments are accepted from all major Swiss banks and from any bank account held in CHF or EUR.

The provider recently opened a branch in Zug and entered into a partnership with the renowned hockey club HC Davos. In addition, zondacrypto is a member of several influential organizations, such as the Swiss Blockchain Federation, the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland and the Swiss-Polish Blockchain Association.

International presence and compliance

Since its founding in 2014, zondacrypto has adhered to high regulatory standards and has licenses and registrations in several countries including Italy, Switzerland, Cyprus, Poland, Estonia, Slovakia and Canada. The platform is also prepared for the upcoming MiCAR (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) guidelines and meets strict Estonian anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

In addition to on- and off-ramp services, zondacrypto's product range also includes offers such as zondacrypto pay and the ZND platform. The ZND token is promoted as the first MiCAR-compliant token and offers loyalty benefits for holders.

Growth of the crypto market

Cryptocurrency exchanges play a crucial role in digital asset trading. They enable the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies, derivatives and other crypto-related assets. The first crypto exchanges emerged after the release of the Bitcoin white paper in 2008. Numerous platforms, including Binance, Coinbase and Huobi, have emerged as significant players.

These exchanges make money through fees charged for processing transactions. Fees can be either a percentage or a flat fee and vary between different platforms. Trading crypto derivatives, such as those offered by platforms such as Huobi or FTX, carries similar risks to other investments.

The launch of zondacrypto Swiss shows that the demand for secure and easy access to cryptocurrencies continues to grow as the market continues to evolve and offer new opportunities for investors and users.
