According to a report from www.faz.net, the Hesse consumer advice center has filed a lawsuit for an injunction against David Ekwe-Ebobisse, who sells nutritional supplements on the Internet under the business name "Dr. Raw". The online retailer is a well-known face of the “Reichsbürger” movement and takes a stand on behalf of the “Kingdom of Germany” group. The Hesse consumer advice center sees this as a clear violation of elementary consumer rights, as buyers on the online platform would “undertake a temporary affiliation with the Kingdom of Germany (KRD) for the duration of the business relationship (…)”. Furthermore, the products should not be easily advertised on the German market with health and disease-related statements, as the consumer advice center reports.

An out-of-court settlement was not possible because the owner of Dr. Raw denied to the German legal area. This dispute has far-reaching effects on the market and consumers.
