The cooperation between the city of Erkrath and the North Rhine-Westphalia Consumer Center will continue and offers citizens free consultation appointments in the Kaiserhof administration building on Bahnstrasse in Alt-Erkrath. In addition to support with energy and environmental issues, advice on various legal and financial topics is also offered for the first time.

The legal advice includes problems and uncertainties relating to advertising, media and telecommunications as well as travel law advice.
