New consumer center opened in Lichtenberg
The Berlin consumer advice center recently opened a new advice center at Frankfurter Allee 218 in Lichtenberg. With this new location in the eastern part of the city, it is expanding its offering and offering independent advice to consumers. The advice covers various topics such as classic warranties, travel and telecommunications, door-to-door sales and online trading. We also offer advice on energy law and energy debts.
Dörte Elß, board member of the consumer advice center, emphasized the importance of the new location in the eastern part of Berlin and was pleased about returning there. The variety of advice topics that the consumer advice center offers is considered unique in the city. Particularly in times of rising energy prices and cost burdens, energy debt advice at the new location covers an important need for advice.
The new advice center is open on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and closed on Fridays. The address is: Berlin Consumer Center, Frankfurter Allee 218, 10365 Berlin. The managing director of the Berlin Tenants Association and chairwoman of the board of directors of the Berlin consumer advice center, Wibke Werner, praised the variety of topics and the comprehensive advice that the consumer advice center offers.
