Drunk driver without driver's license causes accident in Hausham
A 30-year-old man who had no driver's license caused an accident in Hausham. The incident occurred when the man was riding his electric motorcycle and tried to turn from Fehnbachstrasse onto federal highway 307. He collided with the car of a 51-year-old woman from Miesbach. When the accident was recorded, it was discovered that the man was drunk and did not have a valid driver's license. In addition, his scooter was not insured.
The police then initiated criminal proceedings against the 30-year-old man for endangering road traffic, driving without a license and violating the compulsory insurance law. A blood sample was taken to determine the exact alcohol level. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident, although the damage caused was estimated at around 1,000 euros. In their report, the police emphasized the importance of safety precautions on the road, particularly regarding drunk and unlicensed drivers.
