Start of cooperation in the Baltic States
The cooperation between ERGO and CamCom begins in the Baltic states: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. There the first steps are being taken towards introducing the industry-independent solution “Pre-Inspection” in motor vehicle and home insurance.
With this solution, customers can easily photograph damaged vehicles or living spaces with their smartphone camera and submit the images via the CamCom web app. The aim of this digital approach enables existing damage to be documented, which can be taken into account in the event of future damage.
