MLP SE wins consumer survey: Best financial sales company 2025!
In a current survey on product quality in financial sales, MLP SE secured first place and was named the best financial sales company. This emerges from a consumer survey carried out by Servicevalue GmbH in cooperation with Deutschland Test. The survey, which took place between March and April 2025, collected over 195,000 customer reviews from an online panel. A total of 1,444 brands and companies from more than 60 industries were evaluated, ensuring that at least 1,000 votes were cast per company in order to be able to make a statement that was representative of the population. MLP was able to achieve an excellent average of 2.49 in the ranking and successfully defended its victory from last year. Bonnfinanz follows in second place with a value of 2.59, while Telis Finanz AG takes third place with 2.55. Global-Finanz AG was also able to position itself in fourth place with an average of 2.56.
In the newly introduced “Digital Insurance Experts” category, Allvest GmbH, a subsidiary of Allianz, achieved the best result. For this category, which was evaluated separately for the first time, Nexible GmbH took second place with a value of 2.53, followed by Wefox Holding AG, which took third place with an average of 2.56. Companies such as Clark Germany GmbH and Helden.de GmbH were also rated “outstanding”.
Customer advice in focus
In addition to its product qualities, MLP was also recognized by Handelsblatt in the “Financial Advice” category. This award follows a consumer survey from 2024, in which over 22,000 customer reviews in various industries were evaluated. The survey, also carried out in collaboration with the market research institute ServiceValue, evaluated the companies in terms of customer service, professional expertise and individual advice. The findings were published in the Handelsblatt under the title “You will receive good advice in these sectors”.
