New sales management at HDI Versicherung AG from May 1, 2024
On May 1, 2024, as part of an internal restructuring, Mr. Roman Weber will take over the sales management of HDI Versicherung AG. A central sales department for retail and industry is created, which reports directly to the board. Mr. Weber has many years of experience in the industrial insurance sector and started his professional career directly in the insurance industry after completing his law studies.
With the assumption of sales responsibility for retail as part of the creation of the central sales department, the Austrian sales regions will be restructured. As of the date mentioned, these are summarized as follows: North/East Region (Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland and Upper Austria) under the leadership of Region Manager Thomas Krammel, South Region (Styria, Carinthia and East Tyrol) under the leadership of Region Manager Mag. Andreas Türk, and West Region (Salzburg, Tyrol and Vorarlberg) under the leadership of Region Manager Daniel Kljma.
The previous state directors for Carinthia and East Tyrol, Salzburg and the East Region will retire in the course of 2024. Mr. Mag. Michael Dick will take over the management of the agent groups, sales controlling and administration as well as cross-sectional issues relating to sales tasks and will be integrated directly under the sales management. The new managers will take over the agendas on May 1, 2024.
The CEO, Ing. Thomas Lackner, emphasized the importance of the new sales structure for the strategy of HDI Versicherung AG. The combined sales structure is intended to focus on optimal servicing of sales partners and customers in the retail and industrial sectors in order to make sales processes more efficient and to ensure high service quality and quick decision-making processes. Everyone involved in the reorganization was wished much success in their new roles and thanked in advance for their commitment. It was emphasized that this step towards a strong and dynamic future will be mastered together.
