New sales structure at HDI Versicherung AG: Mag. Roman Weber takes over sales management
HDI Versicherung AG plans to introduce a new sales structure from May 1, 2024. As part of an internal restructuring, Mr. Roman Weber will take over sales management. A central sales department for retail and industry is created, which reports directly to the board. Mr. Weber brings extensive experience in the industrial insurance sector and, in addition to managing industrial sales, will also take on sales responsibility for retail.
The Austrian sales regions will be redefined and subordinated to the respective regional managers. From May 1, 2024, the regions will be combined as follows: North/East region, consisting of Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland and Upper Austria, is headed by Thomas Krammel. The southern region, including Styria, Carinthia and East Tyrol, will be taken over by Mag. Andreas Türk. The West region with Salzburg, Tyrol and Vorarlberg is led by Daniel Kljma.
The customer offices and registration offices in the federal states will remain in place and will continue to offer information, personal advice and insurance-related services on site. In addition, Mag. Michael Dick, former regional director for Carinthia and East Tyrol, will take over the management of the agent groups, sales controlling and administration as well as cross-sectional issues.
Some state directors will retire during 2024 as the restructuring progresses. HDI Versicherung AG is confident that the new sales structure will ensure optimal service quality and efficient sales processes. The CEO, Ing. Thomas Lackner, emphasizes the importance of the combined sales structure in order to shape a strong and dynamic future. The company is grateful for the long-standing cooperation and the commitment of the employees in the upcoming reorganization.
