New Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wiener Städtische: Robert Lasshofer
The long-time chairman of the supervisory board of Wiener Städtische Versicherung, Günter Geyer, resigned from his chairmanship at the most recent supervisory board meeting. Robert Lasshofer was elected in his place, who previously served as General Director of Wiener Städtische until 2020 and is now taking over as chairman after a cooling-off phase. Günter Geyer warmly congratulated Lasshofer on his new role and emphasized his belief that Lasshofer will continue the success story of Wiener Städtische with his many years of expertise.
The former chairman Geyer will continue to be a member of the control committee as an ordinary member. He has held the position of chairman since 2010. Robert Lasshofer currently remains General Director of the Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein and expressed his pleasure at being able to actively support the company's further successful development.
