The company also works completely digitally. Each employee has access to a PC for processing work orders and ordering spare parts. Elmar Schmarl is proud of the progress in training, especially in the area of ​​electromobility. “We offer extensive training that is geared to the modern requirements of the industry,” continued Schmarl. His many years of experience also come into play, as he worked as a freelancer for the Formula 1 team Toro Rosso for twelve years, where he painted racing cars.
