Future of Insurance: Duck Creek Conference Kicks Off in Orlando!

Duck Creek Technologies opened the Formation ’25 customer conference today, May 21, 2025, at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. This annual event focuses on the challenges and innovations in the insurance industry. In his opening remarks, Mike Jackowski, CEO of Duck Creek Technologies, emphasized the need to address industry-wide challenges and leverage the role of technologies such as agentic AI.

With over 700 participants expected, the conference offers a platform for networking and interesting discussions about current developments in property and casualty insurance. The event includes around 50 breakout sessions covering key topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, insurtech, sales management, claims control and reinsurance. Participants also have the opportunity to use exclusive forums to share customer experiences and participate in user group sessions that address best practices.
