The new flagship branch of Deutsche Bank: customer service redefined!

Claudio De Sanctis, head of Deutsche Bank's private banking business, visited the bank's new flagship branch today to find out about developments in his division. The branch is located at the headquarters in Frankfurt's striking twin towers and is part of the company's efforts to emphasize personal customer contact in times of digitalization. This is reported by the South German newspaper.

With an area of 3,500 square meters, the new branch extends over three floors and is one of the three largest and most modern locations of Deutsche Bank. This lifts that Private Banking Magazine out. The branch is designed to offer a comprehensive range of services and products, covering both affluent and private banking customers and ultra-affluent customers.

Personal advice in the digital age

Stefan Bauz, head of the private customer division in the southern region, emphasizes the central role of personal advice on site. Around 80 employees will work in this new branch in order to offer Deutsche Bank's private customers the best possible service. Four teams specifically look after private banking customers.

The focus of the branch is on open space architecture, which is intended to offer customers an inviting experience. A striking design element is the central consultation room called “Cone”, which is equipped with slanted glass elements that symbolize the Deutsche Bank logo. The “Cone” creates an atmosphere of openness and discretion, two values that are essential in the banking world.

Combination of tradition and innovation

On the ground floor of the new branch, classic advice is combined with modern digital offerings. This enables employees to respond flexibly to the different needs of customers. There is also an event area that can be used for events and lectures, meaning the location also serves as a place for exchange.

Philipp Süssenberger will take over the management of the flagship branch. He has worked for Deutsche Bank since 2011 and previously managed a smaller branch in the Twin Towers. With this new opening, Deutsche Bank is sending a strong message about the importance of personal customer contact in an increasingly digital world.
