Dingolfing-Landau is looking for the best companies: Apply now!
The district of Dingolfing-Landau and the Niederbayern-Forum e.V. have opened the application phase for the renowned awards “TOP Company Lower Bavaria” and “Newcomer Lower Bavaria”. Since September 15th, companies can submit their applications to be recognized in these categories. These awards honor companies that stand out through their economic strength, innovative strength and social commitment.
The “Newcomer in Lower Bavaria” category is aimed specifically at companies that have been founded since 2021 and are based in the district. In contrast, all established companies with headquarters or branches in the Dingolfing-Landau district can be considered for the award as “TOP Company in Lower Bavaria”. The aim of these awards is to promote companies that secure jobs and strengthen the location.
Important deadlines and jury
The independent jury of experts will select the TOP companies for 2025 after the application deadline has expired. The celebratory award ceremony will take place on November 19, 2025 in the district office and will be hosted by District Administrator Werner Bumeder, District President Rainer Haselbeck and District Council President Olaf Heinrich. In addition, all previous winners and guests of honor are invited to a networking event that enables the exchange and promotion of business relationships.
Companies that have already submitted applications in the past and did not win have the opportunity to apply again. Those interested can easily submit their applications online via the district's website. If you have any further questions, please contact the economic development agency at the email address wirtschaftsfoerderung@dingolfing-landau.de.
Support for companies
In parallel to the awards, the Chamber of Crafts offers comprehensive advice for founders and existing companies. These include support with business transfers and identification of growth opportunities. Information on funding opportunities, legal issues as well as energy and environmental protection is provided. The Chamber of Crafts also helps with the development of calculations for profitability and cost structure, with bank discussions about raising capital and with strategic business decisions.
The Chamber of Crafts represents the interests of its member companies and plays an important role in training in skilled trades. She also organizes further training courses for craftsmen and attaches great importance to being close to the craftsmen in order to solve their problems. Through a self-critical approach to its own quality control and the exchange with members, guilds and district craftsmen's associations, the Chamber of Crafts ensures that the challenges and concerns of the companies are always heard.
