First state trainer award: Baden-Württemberg honors top trainers!
The first award ceremony for the newly launched took place on May 20, 2025 in the Stuttgart Hospitalhof Baden-Württemberg State Trainer Award instead of. The decision to choose the winners was made by the independent jury of experts, which consisted of trainees, representatives of the chambers and training companies. A total of around 180 applications were received, which underlines the high demand and interest in the prize. In addition to the coveted trophy and certificate, the winners also received prize money of 2,000 euros.

The submissions were evaluated according to various criteria that are crucial for modern and future-oriented training. These criteria included:

The state trainer award is not only awarded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics, Labor and Tourism, but is also in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Craft Day (Handwerk BW), the Baden-Württemberg Association of Chambers of Industry and Commerce (BWIHK) and the State Association of Freelance Professions (LFB). The support of these partners underlines the importance of the award ceremony for Baden-Württemberg as a business location.
