Kürsat Yildirim, who goes by the name Chico, has been enjoying his wealth to the fullest since his lottery win in 2022. Whether luxury cars, expensive watches or designer clothing – Chico has left nothing to chance. Now the former crane driver with a criminal past has invested in numerous properties and is apparently planning his next big investment.
His long-held dream of owning a penthouse on Lake Phoenix in Dortmund could soon become a reality. With a purchase price of €1.5 million, this represents a significant investment for Chico, especially considering how quickly he has already spent millions. Still, he has already admitted that not all of his investments were smart.
Should Chico actually purchase the penthouse in the premium location, he would finally be one of the city's rich and famous. In the past, the lottery winner in Dortmund's Nordstadt had less luck with his million-dollar investments, for example after an arson attack on one of his apartment buildings.
Chico will reveal more about how much money he earns and spends each month through rent, social media and his new company on a TV show on Sat. 1 on Monday. It will be interesting to see how people react to the totals.
