Economy under pressure: IHK invites you to the crisis festival event in FH!
The IHK Bodensee-Oberschwaben invites you to a free event on July 14, 2025 with the theme “Crisis Festival – Economy in Overall Defense”. The event takes place in the Graf Zeppelin House in Friedrichshafen. The event period is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The organizers are the IHK Bodensee-Oberschwaben, the coordination office for overall defense of the IHKs in Baden-Württemberg and the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs. The aim is to create new perspectives for companies and prepare them for the challenges of global crises, such as geopolitical tensions and cyber threats.
The focus of the event is on the topics of security of supply, resilience and the protection of infrastructure. Exciting lectures on strategic resilience in companies and their economic vulnerability are planned. In addition, hybrid threats, innovation and production security, personal precautions and the practical implementation of operational security structures will be discussed.
Speakers and program
The event will be opened by Economics Minister Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut and introduced by IHK President Martin Buck. The speakers include well-known experts: Stephan Gundel, security expert at Gruner AG in Basel, and Marc-André Berchtold, senior project manager at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Engineering and Automation (IPA). Tim Bartsch from the IHK Bodensee-Oberschwaben will also contribute. Finally, a representative from Rolls-Royce Solutions from Friedrichshafen will report on the practical implementation of resilience in industry.
