Budget surplus in Barlovento: PSOE sharply criticizes mayor

The political situation in Barlovento is coming to a head after the Partido Popular mayor reported a budget surplus of over 1.7 million euros. However, this was sharply criticized by representatives of the Socialist Party (PSOE). They point out that the surplus is a sign of poor implementation of necessary infrastructure projects and public services.
