Consumer advocates take on Primaholding

As early as August 2023, consumer advocates called on affected consumers to take part in the class action lawsuit. In addition to this case, the VBZV is already carrying out model declaratory actions against Primastrom and Voxenergie, which are accused of inadmissible price increases. The first hearing for these cases will also take place on November 23rd.
